In working with all types of people, you begin to realize which ones are actual machanics and which ones claim to be with little to no expriance what so ever. Which we have always called them ‘backyard’ or ‘shade tree’ machanics.
I know that is it best to LEARN from experiance. On your own vehicle is fine; then, if anything were to go wrong, it’s your own vehicle and you can take the time to fix it. But what about another person’s vehicle? they choose you b/c you are the cheapest. You have on a uniform so they feel you know what you are doing. It’s very deceptive to people, I see it everyday.
